The platform follows a client-server architecture, where the server implements the application software layer as well as the connection to a relational database that stores the Clinical Data Registry (CDR), and the client implements the Graphical User Interface layer. In particular, the following tasks will be developed:

server implementation: Develop the server-side logic of our integrated digital platform, encompassing application logic for data input, search, update, and analysis within the PPC CDR; GUI design and development: design and implement a user-friendly and functional GUI for the platform; install a pilot version of the integrated digital platform at Hospital Santa Maria; conduct a proof-of- concept test with real users; and evaluate the pilot version and incorporate improvements based on the feedback obtained from users.
